Teacher Jhames

Teacher Jhames started his violin lessons at age 8 as a scholar of Alfonso Coke" Bolipata at CASA San Miguel in San Antonio Zambales. He pursued music as a career and studied at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor's degree in music Education, Violin emphasis under the tutelage of violinist Ms. Gina Medina and Minor in Piano.

His experience as an orchestral player and a chamber musician has led him to performances in different concert halls in here and abroad.

He also served as the concertmaster of the Pundaquit Virtuosi, UST Symphony Orchestra, and the Metro Manila Concert Orchestra. As a string pedagogue, he has developed a systematic approach of string instructions. He holds a PhD degree from De La Salle University.

He is also a full-fleged foodie and loves to travel.
